What's your handicap?
This month it's one of the biggest sporting events of the year; no not Elephant Polo or the annual dwarf throwing contest in Tasmania. Yes it's US Masters. Strangely, European golfers do well here, except the happy-go-lucky Colin Montgomerie who never wins. Come Monty put that Kit Kat down and concentrate. Okay, our first article this week is a beaut., because we tell you how to take a step backwards to move your career forward. It doesn't mean becoming a road sweeper if you want to be Minster of Transport, but there are cunning ways to progress by losing little pride. Next up, you mustn't miss our article by Leon Taylor. He's an Olympic medal winner who used to spend 10 hours a day in the pool (and that was before breakfast) and now he's got some excellent tips for getting your work/life balance right. Lastly take a look at our super job information tool that gives you all the facts about the sector you're in and the job you do – or want to do. See you next month.
